Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Booster | Alpha H Instant Facial | Origins Ginzing Refreshing Face Mask

This time of year I just wanna slough away that dull, in-between-season skin and look fresh, bright and well, extra zingy I suppose. We all need to give our skin a boost and my current favourite rotation of vitamin C, acid infused and refreshing skincare is just the ticket.
Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Booster | Pitched as a 'daily vitamin for your skin', I've been using this for over a year now and it's a great serum for the morning. It has a citrus-y scent so feels really fresh and not tacky to apply. It contains vitamin C which is a great boost of antioxidants for the skin, protecting it from environmental stresses as well as sealing in much needed moisture. It works fab with the Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation Moisturiser (another daily favourite of mine) as it's light and soaks in quickly, making makeup application on a rushed weekday morning a dream.

Alpha H Instant Facial with Cypress and Barley | All Alpha H products use AHAs, an acid to help exfoliate, clarify and brighten the skin helping to reduce congestion, pore size and all that good stuff. This is great if you rarely find time to exfoliate and crave a more radiant, refined complexion. I'll be honest this stuff doesn't smell the best, and it can slightly tingle so for more sensitive skins, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're oily, dehydrated or combination, this stuff is for you! Use in place of your regular toner daily, or every other day if you find it too tingly, and remember to always use an SPF in the day, as regular exfoliating causes our skin to become more vulnerable to sun damage.

Origins Ginzing Refreshing Face Mask | This is a great option as the weather starts heating up. It's gel consistency is cooling and uber refreshing so a great option for dehydrated, congested and overloaded skin, especially after a long, hot day in the city. Ingredients include cucumber (one of my favourite things for both skin and overall health), coffee beans and Hoelen mushroom to brighten and revitalise the skin, and it's by far one of the easiest and no fuss masks to use if you're here, there and everywhere!
